Pink Stumps Day is a fundraising event established by the McGrath Foundation where communities right across Australia will don pink on Saturday 22 February 2014 to ensure that every family in Australia experiencing breast cancer has access to a breast care nurse, no matter where they live or their financial situation. It is a day on the Pyalong calendar which the players look forward to taking part in, and doing our bit for this great cause.
Unfortunately, the official Pink Stumps Day (22nd Feb), sees B Grade having the bye, and C Grade playing in Seymour, so we have had to change our day to the week before, Saturday 15th Feb. B Grade are at home against Broadford. So come along and support the McGrath Foundation by having a bite to eat and a drink and support the boys out on the field in a top four clash on Pink Stumps Day!
As the McGrath Foundation says – together, we can make a difference!
Hope to see you all there!
